Can you give me some tips on how to lose 10-13lbs in 2 or 3 weeks?

Do what I am doing. I've lost 32 pounds in 69 days by using Stack Body Tune Up. It's been fairly simple for me.

Some people don't know what they are doing as far as what will affect them and what won't affect them.

Some just have bigg appetites,
Or love to eat their favorite foods.
Still others don't work out the right way or at all. (Jogging, Power Walking, Running is the best for fat burning)

All this can be overcome, but is too much to type........
For now I'll just let you know.....

LOW FAT HEALTHY CEREAL should be your best friend.

There are a lot of good varieties out there.
They have all your nutrients, can be very filling, and are either low in fat or fat free.
Look at the calories that come from fat. It should be no more than 15.

When you look at the side of a box of cereal it will have the nutriton label. It will say for instance "120 Calories per serving. Calories from fat 10."

Like I said, buy only cereal that has 15 FAT calories or less per serving.

(I have like 20 boxes of cereal in my cabinet, so I never crave variety)

Kelloggs Special K, Kelloggs Fruit Harvest, Fiber One Honey Clusters, Kelloggs Smart Start, Kelloggs Minni Wheats.........are all cereals that I have, for example.

OH YEAH, USE ONLY SKIM MILK ONLY SKIM MILK!!!!!!
REMEMBER THAT.

You don't want the fat calories that come with 1%, 2% or whole milk. Go with skim. And USE HONEY TO SWEETTEN NOT SUGAR.

(Very tasty if you slice half a banana in with it)

Eat this cereal for breakfast and dinner.
For lunch have only fruit. (Fruit is delicious and fat free)
Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Grapes, Pears, Cherries............Whatever you like the most!


Lastly, power walk or jog every day if you can for 30min.
Right when you wake up is the best time.
I really wakes you up and gets you going too!

Oh yeah if you use headphones or an ipod when you jog or power walk, the time goes by before you even realize it. I go for 60min, but that's just me

what is it with everyone wanting to lose some fantastic amount of weight in 2 or 3 weeks?

1 - 2 lbs lost per week is good if you are on a good diet. Maybe 3 lbs if you are really strict and exercise a lot!

anyone can loose wait. You have to burn off more calories then you take in. Burning off calories is faster for some people then others, depending on your metabolism, but everyone can loose the weight

one reason is beacause we have not adaped as humans to having an ample supply of food, unlike 2,000 years ago when you had to hunt to get your food.

drink plenty of water, and eat less calories than u expend.

cuz when you are working out you are burning fat while making muscles
thats why you gain weight sometimes when you work out
its not your weight it is you waste inches
