I'm 122 pounds and i want to lose 10pounds in two or three week.

The answer is FASTING.

If you do not eat for two whole days (you MUST drink - drink water, milk, juice, etc.) and take your vitamins. Remember to be ACTIVE during these days - but do NOT work out too hard! Working out burns up calories and other nutrients EXTREMELY fast, at at that low a body weight you may faint if you exercise.

Then eat NORMALLY for the remaining 5 days of the week.

Repeat one more time and eat NORMALLY once again for the remaining 5 days.

You should lose 10 to 15 lbs doing that.

In case you are 122 lbs what's your heighth? Appears like you'll be trying something that is unhealthy. If your over 5 foot this a excellent weight. Maybe youd feel better just toneing it up- i'm 5'5 half of" and weigh a hundred twenty five and it is a good weight for me. I want to be more tone-but, that comes with tough work. My work out proper now is a full time job and mother of three and wife-wish I had time to activity-If I desired to bad ample-i'd find time although... Anyway, if you are no longer as tall as 5 foot-and wish to free weight are attempting the no carb/protein food regimen for every week or two-then whilst you get these unwanted pound off use element manage and eat healthy, a good way to do it. I am 5'5 1/2" and weigh 125 and this is a good weight for me. I would like to be more tone-but, that comes with hard work. My work out right now is a full time job and mother of three and wife-wish I had time to exercise-If I wanted to bad enough-I would find time though...
anyway, If you are not as tall as 5 foot-and want to loose weight try the no carb/protein diet for a week or two-then when you get those unwanted pound off use portion control and eat healthy, that will do it. If you are over 5 foot-RELAX-I'm sure you look good girl.

H20 is key...if you drink a lot of water, and burn more calories than you take in...u could pull it off. but i don't think it's that healthy. i weigh 120...and i'm 5'7"...y do u want to lose weight?

use a dash of cinnamon to give fruits such as bananas and melons a richer dessert feel without the sugar
