I would marinate the stake in italian salad dressing and then fry it in a pan and serve with white rice and green beans. Its nothing fancy but it tastes really good and its so simple anyone can do it.

Italian Breakfast Steaks
(5 servings)
5-steak package breakfast steaks
3-ounce can tomato sauce
8-ounce container Italian-style dry bread crumbs
8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place breakfast steaks flat on a cookie sheet. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each breakfast steak.
Add a layer of bread crumbs; sprinkle cheese on top of crumbs. Roll up each steak and close with toothpicks. Bake for 20 minutes or until meat is cooked. slice 'em if you want.
or you could make some Philly cheese steaks for lunch. cut as thinly as possible with a Sharp NON-serrated Chef's knife. then, pound them with a meat tenderizer. salt, pepper and garlic. saute with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese (or cheez whiz or whatever)... put it on a sweet Italian loaf (my fave) or a hogie roll.
or you could get all Asian with it. rice and stir fry with asian veggies.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5Eq
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

If it's not processed you can make stuffing (from a box is easiest) place strips of the meat on a baking sheet, then spoon some stuffing on and roll the meat up. Makes it a bit more interesting with little work.
