Vellum paper is 100% cotton. It is used in some printers for graphs and such. It is also used in sewing to transfer patterns. You can write on it and it doesn't bleed through. So if you have a pattern you want to use repeatedly, transfer it to vellum paper.

There are often large-format paper suppliers that provide paper to engineering firms, and they should have vellum on a roll, an will likely have a few widths for you to choose from. If you search for "large \format printer" or something similar online, you could probably find something!
