In a world fool of so many toxins, how do we take a deep breathe and relax?

Well, you're getting the toxins anyway, whether or not you breathe deeply. Does it make a difference?
Two or three short breaths would give you the same amount of toxins as one long breath, right?

It is called Diafrometic breathing (I think that's how u spellit) I have learned it to use while singing and most recently in martial arts, you breathe deeper by breathing from your diaphram, which is easier for a begginer to understand by telling them to sit indian style or yoga style or stand straight with your spine aligned breathe in deep, then used your stomache muscles and push your stomache out, you will feel the breathe go deep into your lower lungs. Then as you exhale slowly pull your stomach muscles back in. Repeat it, it will get your circulation going Good Luck
