Did he create anything else before the stuff in the Bible? How did he know he could create stuff? If he always knew, since forever, that probably means he created other stuff, right?

I'm sure our good christian brothers and sisters will tell you that it's unknowable, and a sin to question what God does..or some other ridiculous statement.

No one but God knows what it was like for God before he created stuff.
No one but God knows if he created anything else before he created what we perceive.
He knew he could create stuff because he knows who he is, and he knows he is a creator.
Your last question does not follow logically. The "if-then" clause is insupportable. It is just speculation.

Before there was any "stuff", there was God and nothing, so he must have just drifted around in space. Round and round with nothing to do or see. If I were in his place, I would have created something quick, before I went batty.

He whistled a lot. He got pretty good at it too. He could whistle Dixie, he could whistle through his nose, he could even whistle with 2 fingers in his mouth ( that is really difficult for me). Occasionally he would eat Saltine crackers and still manage to whistle because he was so good at it. That my friend is a good whistler! Space provides really good acoustics for whistling, so it sounded so awesome he decided to create something to hear it. I hope this has been helpful.
