in my opinion the ninjas would be victorious. ninjas are trained their entire lives for combat while most pirates are just poor men that need money so they resort to stealing with little preparation and training they therefore have little experience in combat when compared to the ninjas so a pirates chance against a ninja would be next to nothing.
