No party here... God was telling the prophet Isaiah that Jerusalem was going to fall into enemy hands. It was time for them to get on their knees and pray and fast and seek his face. But in their rebellion and carelessness they were giving God and Isaiah no attention...their attitude was... who cares! If we are going to die tomorrow, lets have a party now. They felt like it was inevitable. Yet God always honors those who seek Him. They were too selfish to seek God...so judgement was coming.
Here it is in context with the other verses from the NEw Living translation.
12The Lord, the LORD Almighty, called you to weep and mourn. He told you to shave your heads in sorrow for your sins and to wear clothes of sackcloth to show your remorse. 13But instead, you dance and play; you slaughter sacrificial animals, feast on meat, and drink wine. "Let's eat, drink, and be merry," you say. "What's the difference, for tomorrow we die." 14The LORD Almighty has revealed to me that this sin will never be forgiven you until the day you die. That is the judgment of the Lord, the LORD Almighty.

no he was saying this is sin and what men want

12 The Lord, the LORD Almighty,
called you on that day
to weep and to wail,
to tear out your hair and put on sackcloth.

13 But see, there is joy and revelry,
slaughtering of cattle and killing of sheep,
eating of meat and drinking of wine!
"Let us eat and drink," you say,
"for tomorrow we die!"

14 The LORD Almighty has revealed this in my hearing: "Till your dying day this sin will not be atoned for," says the Lord, the LORD Almighty.

you are a fine example of twisting God's Word!

1Ti 4:1
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2Pe 2:1
But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.
