I hate it the muffler it's loud and my cousin told me the other day that a cop said he would pull me over for that. So I wanna remove it soon is it expensive!!

Can't say how much it will cost since you forgot to say what kind of car it is.
But going to the dealer to have it replaced is always a thought. Will be more expensive though.
And yes, your cousin is right. Pending on what state, if your car is louder than a certain decibel level (muffler, music), the cops can pull you over and give you a ticket.

Mufflers are fairly cheap if you can do it yourself. Go to an auto parts store that sells exhaust and ask about the options. You should be able to buy one for $30 to $40 depending on your car.

take the car to a muffler shop and tell them to put a factory muffler on the car it will probably cost around $200

removing it is easy a total replacement should be about 50 -80 bucks with a cheap decent muffler

any muffler shop you donunt gasket could be bad or a hole that makes it loud could be why!!!
