How do you know they're attracted to you? They tell you? Maybe they're just practicing on you. Who knows there's all kinds of freaks out there. Maybe they are just desperate for attention. It's a pretend world till you get of line in those situations. Everybody can get what they want. Or what they think they're getting! That's why I think on line dating is stupid. I've seen to many of my nieces get hurt but do they listen? No they want a fantasy (what to them is real) a non pushy non aggressive(at least towards them) man. Not to say your a freak. You may be who you say you are, but then why are you looking on line?

For the same reason that when you treat a guy like sh*t he keeps coming back for more. Everyone wants what they cant have. But usually if you take this game too far then when they finally get you they realize they didn't really want you.

The same reason that it happens in the "real world" - most people want what they can't have. Not only that, but many people view it as a challenge to "make" someone pay attention to them.

good point i think its dumb to flirt with a guy on line when he lives 1000 miles away ,also he might say he is 20 but might be 11 or 89

That's because 90% of the time they are online, they are getting bombarded by thugs, molesters and just plain dirty old men........ Is that about right ladies?? :)

becuase it seems like they did something wrong, so they want to talk to you and try tomake it better. this comes off as being attracted, but they're just trying to restore their confidence. Don't be too flattered...
