Love your avatar, LOL.

I really like crab delights with a little mayo and lemon pepper, romaine lettuce, and a little brown mustard.

Also, grilled chicken, few slices of bacon, again romaine lettuce, and some sliced tomato.

What kind of sandwiches do you like? If you love ham and swiss, put it in that wrap instead of on bread.

Any sandwich ingredients work well for a wrap, have fun with it.

Oh yeah, I love some strips of red, yellow or orange bell pepper in there too, with any type of meats and cheeses, gives it a great crunch and fresh bright flavor.

What ever happened to the spinach totillas, although the wheat ones' are o.k.. I brown them on each side, and then put spinach leaves, oatmeal, and tomatoes sauce. another way is to add shrimp. If you are into exotic put mango slicescrushed walnuts, and then again spinach. Those are my two favorites...

This won't fly for school but this recipe rocks!

Grilled swordfish, crumbled
pico de gaillo sauce
shredded cabbage
optional sour cream

Heaven on earth!

Can use soft tacos as well

you could do:
chicken with lettuce and tomotoe
turkey, cheese and ranch/mayo

Anything basically that you would put on a regular sandwich would also work in a wrap.

Wraps are nice alternatives to bread.
