I like to bake chicken with rosemary. I use boneless skinless breasts and season with salt and pepper. And then top with fresh rosemary. I splash in a little white wine and top with a couple of pats of butter and cook in a covered casserole. I sometimes add cut up potatoes to the dish as well and bake together.
Rosemary also works well with pork and turkey. I often use a whole sprig as a garnish for tenderloins slices of either.

Rosemary is great when baking chicken. Cut little pockets under the skin of the chicken and place fresh rosemary leaves and garlic. Use red wine to baste while baking. This is very very good with a broiled-type of potato with parmesan cheese and salad.

I like to put it on grilled chicken. Also you can cut up red potatoes and cook in microwave for 10-15 minutes until kinda soft. Then mix em up with rosemary, thyme, season salt and a little bit of olive oil. Then bake them on a cookie sheet for about 10 minutes until brown.

Rosemary is traditionally associated with lamb. You could take any cut and roast it with the lamb, or use it in sauces

Pot roast... makes a killer seasoning! And if they gave you a live plant, it can fill the room with the aroma of Christmas.
