exactly. The blame should fall on the cheater not who they cheat with. Sometimes the one they cheat with doesn't even know the other is married or involved....

I'm with you. Its the same the other way around. When a husband cheats on his wife the wife usually goes after the other women and calls her a sl*t and a whore. I'm like, what about your damn cheating husband ??

It's a territorial thing. A man will think the other guy might be better than he was. He also wants to break any bond that they might share. Violence is not the answer. Forgive, or work at it or get a lawyer

same reason if the husband cheats on the woman the other lady is automatically a Whore, $lut, B**ch, and you will hate her regardless of whose fault it really is... even if she never knew about you.
its a defense mechanism to "protect whats yours" and also try to ignore the fact that the person who you love would do something to cause you that much pain. blaming it on the "other person" makes it not seem as devastating i guess.

Because women were traditionally known as the "weaker" sex and therefore couldn't be trusted to behave. Men, on the other hand, have always known the rules about messing with another man's property.

i hear ya. if we are out in public and a guy buys me a drink or just talks to me, my hubby wants to beat the crap out of him. what for??? i mean really cant a guy treat a woman nice and the hubby should be proud that he has her and that other man cant!!! my hubby is totally a butt when it comes to this.

My favorite story is of the woman who goes to her ex-husband's house and shoots them both. She was a typical housewife who cared only for her house, family and husband, look where it got her.
