Why does phentermine make my stomach hurt all of the sudden?

I've taken it for almost a year now and I eat reguraly breakfast lunch and dinner and late in the afternoon my stomach is always so crazy feeling? Then its like my whole body feels bad. I like taking them but I don't like feeling like crap. Any other suggestions?

you need to eat something with this medication. read your bottle it will tell you this.....

She just said she eats breakfast funch and dinner, so that's not it......
