Yes I have, very recently on HGTV they spoke of this product. It is a peel and stick. They gave advice on proper application. I think the show was Redesign...and i would bet Expo Design stores would at least have knowledge of it...I'm not entirely sure but i think they referred to it as a self adhesive wallpapers and laminates.

I don't know the exact paper that you are talking about, but if it is "self adhesive" like some of the borders, don't bother, I had to add adhesive to it anyway because it wouldn't stick like it was supposed to.

i havent heard about it but will give you the suggesion how it works..which might also be wrong...a strong adhesive is lightly applied behind the wall papers in a thin firm...the property of the adhesive must be well moistured and should behave adhesive under a certain pressure...
