Cara G- You must be a pothead to assume I smoke. No, I don't and secondly, you must be an arrogant person to assume as such. Go back to your hotel with your married lover...sheesh...imbreeders!!!

Why do Canadians need to become American? (I'm American) I agree with you . We need more peace between all nations. Don't change just to please someone. Have a happy day.

Start by drinking stale beer, then lite up the worst smelling cigarette on the surface of this planet. Tell the millitary to forget the difference between friends and foes and just bomb anything that moves. Bully everyone else like you own the place and act really offended when someone starts a fight in your back yard. Last but not least, start beleiving stories about your neighbours in the north living in igloos, wrestling with polar bears and skiing in the middle of June and VOILA!! Your an american.

I'm sure you asked this with your tongue in cheek. I would ask "Why can't Americans and Canadians become more alike?"
I think both nations already have a great deal in common. I think one of the main differences lies in their Governments not their people. Canada is more adamant in the separation of government and religion. This allows the government to recognize breaches to the Constitution with regards to equal rights to all Canadians. Sadly, United States Government still allows religion to have far too much say in the passing of equality laws and other so called 'moral issues'. The Constitutions drawn up by both countries allow for Freedom of Religion but also dictates Freedom and Equality for all its people. I think the so-called "Moral majority" should not be trying to force their ideals at the expense of other citizens' rights within the constitution.

i imagine, and it has no longer been studied, that television motives that closeness. Canadian television is extensively considered contained in the USA, and Canadian video clips are somewhat impressive. That hassle-free medium would convey us closer at the same time. we are associates. because we commerce with one yet another so heavily, those theory of hassle-free welfare are important. One area, or the different, can not come to a decision lots of the topic matters and that joint search for for recommendations would also convey us at the same time.

I think to obtain peace between our two countries, you are asking the wrong question. I don't think they need to be more American, I think they need to be more Canadian. No this isn't a riddle, but another way at looking at this. I think Canadians already feel they don't have there own identity, because of their geo-graphical location beside of the U.S. they fell alienated, I think they need to maintain their own national identity, and be more like Canadians.

First make sure you insult muslim extremists, which is easy because they feel insulted at the slightest reason. The second part is that you get a decent terrorist attack from them.
Then you find out from which country they travelled from and you invade that country, claiming they have terrorist links. Finally you say that you are winning the war on terror.
I think quite a few Americans will start liking you.

Excellent question.
First they need to stop pushing big stones across broom swept ice. Secondly they need to get over that obsession with Zamboni machines, and finally, they need to offer Shania Twain up to the US as token of their desire to be friends with us.
