I have gone thru GM at hotel, to the top level of Hawthorne Suites customer relations dept and was told they are not going to refund my money. The A/C didnt work and they moved me at 3am from the room.
There were dead bugs on the carpet and the freezer was dirty. It was obvious that housekeeping and maintenance were lacking to say the least.
