well if there is an open wound then you can but the chances of that are minisqual. HIV/AIDS lives in the white blood cells which began to die almost instantly after contacting air. The chances are very very slim but the only way to know for sure is to get checked for HIV/AIDS. If the contact area is healthy with no abrasion or openings of any kind then the awnser is no absolutly not the infected cell can not get in through the skin to infect you. Also for the hypocondriacts out there reading this for your health questions try webmd.com they are very informative

I would be concerned it they squirted you on an open wound that you had. But probably you're safe if the water landed on regular, healthy skin. If you're concerned, get an HIV/AIDS test. That's the only way to know 100%.

i am a hypochondriac, so i would always say yes. but medical prof. would say:
1. it depends on if their viral load is high (untreated) or undetectable. if it is very very low, there would be such little virus spread that it is highly unlikely.
2. depends how long it has been between contact w/ virus & squirt. if over 30 seconds, they claim virus dies (although i would be freaked out)
3. the water would have to hit you in a mucous membrane (eyes, mouth, nose) not just your arm. in that case, unless you have an open bleeding cut on your arm, you'd be ok w/ soap & water (so they say).

yes HIV is a very aggisive virus, but only if it gets into the body, not on, if it got you in the eyes or mouth, or open wound, the person can be charged with a crime for doing that!!!
