ok, just like everyone else, I suggest you see a doctor to be sure...but some ideas are...hives (have you been worried lately, before the redness?) razor burn (have you shaved lately?) shingles (is it really painful and making blisters?) or heat rash (have you been sweating alot or in the heat and chafing?). Im sure it is nothing too serious, but just to be sure it is better to go to the doctor sooner rather than later to find out. If you dont have insurance then you can go to those emergency care centers for pretty cheap or a clinic for free.
