I've had a great experience with guys..and I know this one is worth the trouble. I've tried talking to him, but he's extremely shy, but I've seen him stare at me and smile at me whenever I look at him. So what else can I do to try to move the spark an extra temperature?

Have you invited him out on to the movies or dinner? Some men are very shy. Find out what his interests are and run with it. Don't pretend they are your interests, but it will be a way for him to feel comfortable in a conversation with you.
It took my husband 3 years to get up the nerve to talk to me. We've been together 3 years now & we got married 1 month ago.

don't push him. A guy who's really into you likes to work in order to gain. If you're the type who is able to make a guy THINK that they're working to get you and ur able to play the field in order to give that effect, play the field. If not, then you should just keep dropping hints on the way and continue being how you are. But make sure you give him room to breathe.
