It is strange how some people gove such great care to the house their body live in, yet mistreat and abuse that one marvelous place. We spend their fortunes to buy a house,it is a symbol of their wealth. Where is the comfort with out our health? So, before you answer this question you may need to ask yourself. Where do you live.

I work out six days a week and watch what I eat, so I'm good. And I live in LONG BEACH, CA!
You are very right though - most people won't watch what they eat or exercise. Then they claim "quality of life" for the reason they won't. THEN they give my answer a "thumbs down" because I said that I work out often, and they don't have the discipline to do so themselves. I don't know about you, but I don't feel like my quality of life is good when I feel like a fat as* 24-7.
I don't understand why people don't think that their health is important.

It's even stranger why some people come and preach to perfect strangers that could care less what you think or your philosophy on living....before you respond...ask yourself....is he right? Am I acting like an omnipotent know it all? Do people really care? Am I so ignored in my own home that I have to preach to the rest of the world?

Good question, The house is not as important as the soul and body so where do I live, wherever I feel free and healthy which is why I am selling my house....
