How do you know this is a tumor??? Did you run a biopsy yourself at home? It could be as minor as a sebaceous cyst. Go see your health care provider and get it diagnosed and treated.

A cancerous tumor does not come and go like that!! Most likely you have a sebaceous cyst. Shampoo your hair daily to keep your scalp clean.!!!

Dont panic before you know what it is. It could be fatty tissue that has formed. Go and see your doctor immediately for them to do a biopsy. That way you will know. Not something to play around with.

No one can tell you except a medical doctor. It could be cancerous or not... early detection is the key. Go find out ASAP.

Why exactly haven't you gone to the doctor? No one on here is going to know what's going on. You need medical attention. Make an appointment and go!
