LOW FAT HEALTHY CEREAL should be your best friend.
There are a lot of good varieties out there.
They have all your nutrients and are either low in fat or fat free.
Look at the calories that come from fat. It should be no more than 15.
When you look at the side of a box of cereal it will have the nutriton label. It will say for instance "120 Calories per serving. Calories from fat 10."
Like I said, buy only cereal that has 15 FAT calories or less per serving.
(I have like 20 boxes of cereal in my cabinet, so I never crave variety)
Kelloggs Special K, Kelloggs Fruit Harvest, Fiber One Honey Clusters, Kelloggs Smart Start, Kelloggs Minni Wheats.........are all cereals that I have, for example.
OH YEAH, USE ONLY SKIM MILK ONLY SKIM MILK!!!!!!
REMEMBER THAT.
You don't want the fat calories that come with 1%, 2% or whole milk. Go with skim. And USE HONEY TO SWEETTEN NOT SUGAR.
(Very tasty if you slice half a banana in with it)
Eat this cereal for breakfast and dinner.
For lunch have only fruit. (Fruit is delicious and fat free)
Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Grapes, Pears, Cherries............Whatever you like the most!
Lastly, power walk or jog every day if you can for 30min.
Right when you wake up is the best time.
I really wakes you up and gets you going too!

From your schedule, I'm guessing you are in high school. I am a high school teacher, so I will tell you some of the biggest health/weight mistakes I see from my students.
First of all, they banned sodas at our school; however, they still sell sports drinks and chocolate milk so the many kids slurp on those all day while they sit in classes (or between class). Many of those students don't have P.E. since it is becoming such a minuscule requirement these days (another big problem with our schools but that's another story). So they literally sit most of the day. For lunch, they order fries or pack a lunch of snack crackers, cookies, processed cakes, corn chips, etc.
Now let me tell you about my healthy "in-shape" students. Many of them play sports or have some type of exercise as a hobby (tennis, running, etc.) that they engage in on a daily basis. They are constantly drinking water. I always freely give out hall passes to refill water bottles. They snack on fruit and string cheese and their lunches usually contain whole-grain bread, yogurt, etc. Furthermore, many of them, especially the girls, have very realistic body images. They freely share with their friends that they weigh 150 pounds and they don't aspire to weigh less. I'm not telling you to start sharing your weight with the class...just have a realistic image of yourself.
So...long story short (although I've already shared the long story), exercise is crucial, pack whole-grain sandwiches, yogurt (freeze it the night before), string cheese, fruit, nuts, and keep your water bottle with you at all times (even if you have to hide it from some teachers).
