I'm 5'1" and 127; I don't drink very often, and when I do I usually have a martini, margarita, or red wine with dinner. If I'm goin' out with the girls, I'll my regular drink with dinner, but if I wanna have another drink later on, what do you recommend??? I don't wanna get too buzzed, and I wanna still be able to drive perfectly. What kind of drink would be light? I don't want a strong drink which would make me too tipsy. Hopefully, something that will pass through my system fast. ALSO, do you have any tips for making alcohol go through my system faster??? What can I eat or do to help the process???

Take whatever you like but ask the bartender for more ice an/or juice for the same amount of alcohol. i.e. Water down your drinks.
Also drink a lot of water to keep the buzz low and headaches at bay!

Nothing can make you metabolize alcohol faster so if you're driving switch to non alcoholic drink a couple of hours before you get on the road.
You might want to try a 77 ( Segrams 7 with 7 up) . It's mostly soda is it won;t effect you as strongly as an all alcoholic drink.
Lots of the drinlks that sound fruity and girly like Pink Lady or LI iced tea are pretty much all booze so be sure you don't fall for that .

Try a grey goose vodka in a rocks glass with sprite (or lo-ball glass depending on where your from), add a splash of sour and it will totally obscure any vodka flavor. It's kind of like a gimlet but better. I'm a former bartender and this is really smooth and tasty for anyone. As for getting alcohol through your system faster that's tough. If you eat a good meal before, and drink water along with your cocktails that's about the best you can do to avoid a high alcohol absorbtion rate.

I reccomend a fuzzy navel, it is just orange juice and peach schnapps, tastes pretty good too. It won't hit you hard because it's only 23% alcohol whereas most liquors is 40%. As far as getting alcohol out of your system the only thing to do is give it time, sometimes dancing helps though because it's dissipated through sweat, but drink alot of water or you will dehydrate and that is what causes hangovers. Trust me on this, I've been bartending for the last 7 years.

Have a Daiquiri or something like that, most places don't put alot of alcohol in them. Wine or champagne maybe. I am not sure what if anything will make it go through your system faster but having some bread will help to soak up some of it. Or drink lots of water after your drink, will keep you hydrated and of course that will pass fast so maybe it will take some of the liquor with it!!!

No doubt about it! The perfect, "girly" drink- that also looks VERY
classy- A GOLDEN CADILLAC. Since fall is here, this drink is perfect. It is cream based, but tastes very light and it has low
alcohol:
1-1 &1/2 oz. Galliano
1 oz. white creme de cacao
1 oz. half & half or heavy cream or 1/2 scoop of vanilla Ice cream
Shake all with cracked ice (or use a blender- if using the ice cream, you must use blender) and strain into a prechilled champagne or cocktail glass (optional, garnish with a gold stick
of hard candy!).
The second part of the question, you answered yourself. ;-)
EAT DINNER before you go out to drink. It adsorbs a slight
amount of booze, and more importantly- speeds up digestion to
process your drink slightly faster. Have fun!!!
