when you ask if she is free this evening she says i dont know and then eventualy the final answer is ''no'' and not ''yes''! it happens every time 99% from 100%!! why?

There are a couple reasons why...
1. She doesn't want to be mean and tell you no right off the bat. Instead she tells you "I don't know" to let you down easy. Only problem is guys need to be told "NO" because an "I don't know" means there is still hope.
2. She wants to keep her plans open, in case something better comes up. Chances are something better will come up, and you are still on the out.

Some girls use that as excuse not to say that they don't like you right away. Some girls really don't know what they are doing that evening till the end of the day.

We dont like to hurt your feelings....
Usually, the 'i dont know' routine means that she might not be interested (but you can never tell for sure, she might genuinely mean that she doesnt know)...
The best way to get around the problem is for you to ask her for a more convenient time...that way, she can make her feelings heard without confusing you...

either she's not sure if she feels like doing anything, or she's hoping something better will come along, but if nothing does, then she'll settle for hanging out with you.

she wants to sound like she wants to go out with you but cant cuz she has other plans or is busy....if she just says no then it'll sound like she doesnt even consider it
