I've got to laugh...
They whine and scream about "not forcing your religion down our throats" yet they troll Yahoo! answers looking for Christian-to-Christian questions and interject their rude and insulting opinions.
Then they prove that they can dish it out but can't take it because if you throw a jab or two their way in jest - they start the namecalling, personal insults and regurgitating scripture (out of context of course)
Kinda what makes this fun!

Spooky: What is an atheist to atheist question?
I know you discuss this stuff amongst yourselves, but I find it odd.
You are very concerned with something that you don't believe exists.

Truer words were never spoken. I agree.
Edit: What is a believer, but a purveyor of lies??

What we mean by having religion forced on us is the current climate of religion encroaching on politics and bad legislation being justified by religion.
Personally i don't mind being proselytized to. It gives me an opportunity to debate, which i find to be very fun and intellectually stimulating. I don't consider this having religion forced on me because having nonsense heaped on me will not change my mind. I actually look forward to the day when a Christian can present evidence that i can take seriously.
I am concerned with something i don't believe exists because there are a lot of powerful people in the world that use this irrational belief that the majority holds in order to justify very bad things.

Well, unless the question says "Christians only!" I don't hesitate to answer the question if I want to. And while I may not say what people like to hear (I just can't bring myself to brown nose for a few "points"), at least I always answer the question. Just like I'm about to do here.
"Are Atheists hypocrites?"
Some are. Some aren't. Like all other groups of people.

No, we cannot be hypocrites.
A hypocrite is a person who claims to follow the teachings of Jesus, yet goes about taking PRIDE in himself for posting assinine questions, JUDGES OTHERS against the commandments of his Savior, and has an avatar of an extremely obese person....what happened to Love your Neighbor?
And what can be said of the Christians who troll for Atheistic questions and leave rude, insulting and (above all) false dogmatic rhetoric? I dont see you laughing about them....

Le sigh....how can you attempt to be noble and righteous with that avatar? A christian troll is still a troll, and you sir are a troll.
And what do you mean they can't take it? All of the regulars on here are non-christians, they have run off the christian loons one by one. I say good work, and let's keep it up.

How is this any different then what christian trolls do? Ever been in Biology or Astronomy? There are tons of christians there preaching about creationism and the evils of evolution.
Judge not lest ye be Judged. (I guess you are going to claim that is out of context too.)

You know what is just as big a pain in the neck?
When I go to answer a pagan to pagan question about tarot or ritual, and the first 3 answers are "cut and paste" bible bullshit and then an admonition that we will go to hell if we don't stop following the "devil."
How do you explain the christian trolls??
Peace

No, the hypocrites are the ones reading their messages and ranting back at them. A hypocrite is one who doesn't practice what he is preaching.

Someone else once pointed out there are about six atheists on YA who say:
1) Jesus was definitely married.
2) Jesus did not exist.
