Assuming that every mexican is a "wet back," or every person from the middle east is a religous/terroist extremist is like assuming that every white male is a uni-bomber/pedophile or that every black person is good at basketball.
Just so you know.

"So far every terrorist that has attempted to attack the US has been from the middle east so I'm not assuming anything...it's a fact."

This is, by far, the most amusing thing i've read all day.

Those arguments are called "hasty generalizations" where someone makes an argument based on a sample of a very small percentage of the group of which they are speaking. It's a fallacy and invalid.

I think these people should go back to school and get some education. It's just a showcase of their ignorance.

So far every terrorist that has attempted to attack the US has been from the middle east so I'm not assuming anything...it's a fact.

Secondly "wet back" is just a slang word as is "honkey" "guero", etc. every ethnic group has one so get over it.

I have another one. Assuming because I'm white that my ancestors came here on the Mayflower and have been here forever. My grandparents all came roughly the same time, around the turn of the century, and they all went through the immigration process. My parents are first generation Americans.

Check out the show: "Mind of Mencia" on the Comedy Central channel.

My hubby is Mexican, and we both get quite a giggle out of his jokes. Lighten up! Until you get to really know someone, you often see the stereotype...that applies to Joe Dirt trailer trash, and big fat women, and disabled people, and the elderly.

I know muslims who are shady that I don't like, and I also have muslim friends who I love dearly and make me laugh my guts out.
Unfortunately, my friend suffers for what all the bad muslims do. My husband is stereotyped as a beaner, and he laughs about it!

I feel that is done to me all the time, and I'm a white American. I don't stereotype others, I just don't deny my experiences with them out of an irrational fear of being called racist...since I will be called that for being white anyway. Here's some fuel for your fire (good fuel against stereotypes).

baby1, a lot of the terrorists investigated for having links to Al-Queida are African, actually. A lot of American Evangelist terrorists too.

Thankfully Nik, it's not everyone, some places just seem to attract bigots.

Who do think YOU are to assume what other people THINK? Isn't that just a tad assumptive of YOU?

I don't 'assume' every person who posts a stupid question is an 'idiot', but when they continue to post stupid questions I start to get the idea they 'probably' ARE an IDIOT.
Just so you know.

Since 1990, illegals have murdered over 1 million Americans and your government doesn't want you to know.

That's not sterotype, that's a fact. 600,000 were killed in the Civil War, we're being state sanctioned geonocide here.
