That is not spanish,
only "querida" that means she is wanted or dear(person).
"Dois" I dont know what it means, it's not spanish but similar words are Dios(god) and Dos(two).

I don't think "dois" is a Spanish word. "Dois" is the masculine Portuguese word for "two". The phrase means "Two wanted females." It should be "Duas queridas". "Duas" is the feminine Portuguese word for "two".

Dois is not spanish. Guessing, you might mean DOS which means "two".
Querdia is not spanish. QUERIDA means; "dear" (fem) - most suitable meaning in this context -, and also, "wanted".

Spanish is my native language, and that sentence means nothing. You might mean "Dios quiera" which litterary means "God wants" . It actually means "I hope God helps you to get what you want".
