I know that things like IBS, Ulsers and Heart Burn are concidered digestive problems, but could anorexia, bulimia and binge eating be concidered digestive problems.

Anorexia, bulimia and binge eating can cause the digestive problems you mention.

IBS, Ulsers and Heartburn are reactions from our system to something we have eaten or drank.

Anorexia, Bullimea and Bing Eating are all actions we take to rid of things we have eaten or drank.
Our direct choosing!

They could cause digestive problems, but in themselves I don't think they are digestive problems, they are psycological problems.
