Burgers. Esp BIG MACS! When i go to a fast food place, i always get a grilled chicken sandwich. I still feel bad for eating one of those big macs but it was worth it!!

Actually theres a study that found that the worst fast food meal that you can eat is a McDonalds Egg Mcmuffin with Hash Browns.it is found to constrict your arteries for up to 5 hours after eating it..

I would say pop and french fries. Yeah sure they are made from potatoes, but they are deep fried! And pop, don't even get me started.
