Not that i find them repulsive or anything to look at (that's the taste) but I'd have to say the ugliest is the parsnip, the turnip comes 2nd.

Most root vegetables have ugly versions - bearded carrots, bulbous potatoes, wonky parsnips, lumpy swedes. It's not what they look like but what they taste like that matters.

i think that the ugliest veggie would have to be a potato if thats a vegetable. i have no idea. but potatos are ugly.
