Middle class are usually people with a profession rather than just a "Job". In general they are more articulate in social skills and tend to have a better education. Some left wing middle class prefer to see themselves as working class, and some working class and under class who have come into money like to think of themselves as middle class.

Brought up on council estates but now dislike anyone else on them. Two cars, holidays abroad and many have new accents to disguise their rural roots. Its no longer a social status but a state of mind.
