He's drinking too much.....He's not clearing his system of the previous day and drinking again the next...eventually it catches up with you and you won't be able to handle as much...When it has hit that point...you're really in need of help before it gets worse. Call AA and get some information. Nothing wrong with drinking, but when you do it too often it can be damaging. My mother is an alcoholic and her best friend just passed away at 46 yrs old from cirrhosis of the liver which lead to many, many, many more medical problems. She died from hemorrhaging from the insides...right there on her kitchen floor. Something to think about anyways....Have a good one!

Yes, your brother is sick.
Your brother is an alcoholic and his tolerance has dropped. This is not uncommon.
He needs medical attention, and a good dose of AA/Sobriety to recover. I hope he makes it. Many don't.

Here's a wild and crazy idea. Why don't you BOTH stop drinking! I know, I know it sounds nutty, but think about it - you'll save money, live longer, be more productive and might not kill yourselves or someone else driving drunk! Whoo-hooo!

He may have developed an allergy to alcohol. It can happen anytime. Or he may have some liver damage and can't process it well anymore.
