I'm going to attempt to make ropa vieja this weekend. I found a great recipe for it, but it doesn't say how it should be eaten--with a fork? In a tortilla? Baked in some type of casserole? Does anyone know?

I usually dont eat my ropa vieja I just throw it away but I guess if you want to eat it try making it in some kind of a soup and eat it with a spoon by the way I was fixing to throw away an old shirt I'll give it to you though if your that hungry.

Ropa vieja is typically served with tortillas, you tear off a piece of tortilla, pick up some meat with it, and enjoy!

I'm assuming "old clothes" is the name of a dish and not the literal translation.
