What are some PROs and CONs about the new Nikon D80 digital SLR?

I love mine, incredible image quality and all the bells and whistles of a traditional SLR.

The lows: It's big, heavy and somewhat pricey. I've kept my little Canon to carry around in my laptop bag for kicks and use the Nikon for everything serious.

I'm sorry... the pros and cons compared to what? The D70s, the Canon 400D, the Sony Alpha, what?
I can be brief about it though - it's a fantastic camera and good value for money.
