If God is the only thing that ultimately would satisfy the human soul, that resonates with their awe that bring them lasting peace and hapiness... would it be unloving NOT to call people to come to God and find an inexhaustible sourse of enjoyment there? If somethings the best thing there is, woud it be selfish NOT to offer it to others to enjoy?

Yes, there are still some folks that want to pound cake down your gullet! and say God Bless you afterwards! They are good at practicing 'church' but not truly moving in the Holy Spirit of GOD! What? they are still only Human!! However there was a whoremongering harlot used by GOD to do HIS Great work for the selected children of Isreal! A good Horseshoe began as a raw ore. Many christian disciples will have to 'bang ' against some non-christian more than once until they are purified for HIS service! Yep we'll be downright annoying until that time comes!!

He offers it to everyone freely. How could you "resonate" with joy if you didn't choose it yourself.

By the way I think there are perfectly happy atheist. People shouldn't convert to Christianity because it will make life on earth better. Quite the opposite, it'll make life on Earth harder. That's what Jesus ment by "Take up your cross and follow me." People become Christians to clense them of sin and save them from death and the grave.

Well, it's a lot better entering His joy than reading these answers. I think it is not only selfish NOT to invite others, but disobedient, which doesn't bring joy either.

God is not the source of inexhaustible joy. So there's no point in considering your hypothesis.

You have asked if it is selfish to share his joy and if it is selfish to withhold it. What do you really what to know. God continually calls us into his joy out of a generous heart. If he did not offer to share his joy with some, that would be his choice... he is God.

Yes leave people alone, if they want that joyful joy that god brings let them find it, don't cram that joy down their throught, or in their ears, don't hang that joy on their door knobs, enjoy your joy, and if someone says to u "why are u so joyful"...THEN tell them about the joy from god, let people find him, don't be the joy mapquest.

Your inexhaustible joy is not necessarily the same as someone else's. To keep badgering people who do not feel the same as you do is selfish.

God is always in the state of bliss and joy and wants us to be always happy so that he can reach us easily....One who is always in the state of bliss and joy then sure he will be near God....so it is a sign of stupidity to call a man selfish who is in the state of joy

I don't think selfishness is the issue here. I think the more pertinent question here is:

"Is it arrogant of me to assume that my view of god is correct, and the only view there is? Is it arrogant of me to state that anyone who doesn't share my set of beliefs is a deluded fool that needs to be fixed by me (with god's help of course)"
