If there's a lot of sausages just lay them parallel and close to each other. They seem to hold each other from rolling. If its only two or 3 sausages alternate them , I guess like making the letter H with them and it will stop them from rolling.

Cook them with your favorite vegetable. I recommend onions. Cut them in thick slices and push them under the sausages when you flip them. This way you get roasted vegetable and sausages that are grilled on all sides!

I have been a homemaker for 16 years and when I cook sausages I don't roll them I cover them up with a lid and that way they get cooked all over all the way through... Hope that helps.. :)

Roll your sausage with a spatula and leave the spatula on-top of the sausage for a short while till you think its cooked ,, and it should then stay in that position

you don't flip sausages,what you need to use is a tong so you can turn them,also put water in the pan your cooking them,not a lot,wait for the water to be absorbed,once their brown in all sides they should be done.

Before you cook them, poke holes in them with a fork, and that will keep them from rolling over.

I bake them, as I do meatballs - - it's alot easier, they are done
on all sides, and drain well. . . In a broiler pan, or anything
else you can place in the over.

350 - check for your oven time ( usually 15 to 20 minutes) depends.

try it, it works great!!
