In my opinion, the best a school should offer is the challenge to make you think. That will prepare you for the future. Irregardless of your chosen major.
If you meant facilities at school, what may be important is a dorm room, or off campus housing at reasonable costs, eateries, both on & off campus. Weather may be a consideration, recreational facilities, location, etc.

Attend daily.
Pay attention in class.
Do all your homework.
Get an education.
Take the SAT when it's time to.
Apply to college at the right time.
Meet people and make friends.
Go to dances and other school-sponsored social activities.
In return, you get an education. People who are educated tend to have higher incomes later in life.
