im very similar I went to the doctors and said every time I sneeze I get excited, I asked him what I should take for it due to the embarrassment and he suggested pepper!, the old ones are the good ones

i have an earache, and my mom told me to ask the pharmacist what to take, that is what embarrasses me, asking strangers for help. i just bought a bottle of Tylenol and hope it works.
