No! If we only experienced bliss and contentment we wouldnt know that it was bliss and contentment. Life need everything to be a full life. Pain ,suffering, happiness, love, bliss, laughter tears.

Just imagine to never feel like you were hungry. Food wouldn't taste as good then. The same thing with happiness. We need to feel some pain to be able to experience happiness. They are each others opposites.

To a point yes. But aint that too easy? See in life some things have to be "worked for". So some times the great and good things come easily because that's just life. At other times though it seems like all our efforts are not good enough but just when you give up that's when what you wanted all along comes along and it's too wonderful. So don't give up keep working even in the pain and suffering or in the times of ease you will eventually obtain the goal. The same goes for the Christian life. One day we'll get the ultimate goal. If you don't know Christ as LORD and Savior I dare you to try Him you won't be wrong. So my answer is yes and no.

You usually experience bliss first. If you experienced pain and suffering why would you continue? I have experienced pain and suffering and it kinda stinks. Bliss is much better!

Maybe for a while. But eventually, bliss is partially based on the awareness that you are not suffering. And you need to remember what suffering is, to know the difference.

Yes. Learn how to get started. Read "Set of the Soul" by Gary Zukav. Not a quick read because it takes a lot of thinking as you read. But definitely worth the time and effort as it can change you.

believing one cannot have good without bad is one of the ways ego keeps us "bound" to this physical plane of existence. The truth is that good is All-Good, with no opposite whatsoever. It is not only possible, it is your true state of being.
