it will be 12 hours. Do you've batteries in it besides? make sure to envision the hollow it truly is plugged into. Do any of the lights on the phone illuminate? If no longer than there is something incorrect with the electric powered connection, even no matter if it isn't completely charged the purple or eco-friendly lights will artwork on the receiver. If those are out also, i'd carry it lower back to the save. reliable success!

this may sound silly but it works, use a pencil eraser to clean the metal contact plates on the bottom of the phone and also on the base at the contact points this should help. If that doesn't work then you probably need a new battery. good luck.

Your connectors may be dirty, try to clean them .It does sound like the batteries gone but a new battery will cost the same as a new phone in most cases.

Before doing the battery thing, check and see if the metal parts that touch for the recharge are dirty or not properly touching.
Then if you see that they are touching and are not dirty I would check into the battery.
