Barbara, You are looking good! How is Millie doing? Concerning your son: it is too late to do anything now. You should have dealt with that problem when he was two. All we can do is wait till the end of his term and watch him ride off into the sunset and hope and pray that we NEVER hear of ' W ' again.

you can't force him can you? unless of course he is under 16. if he is I'm sure the local police will be informed that he is not attending they will sort it out for you.
however, is there a genuine reason as to why he doesn't want to attend such as bullying or does he have a learning difficulty either diagnosed or not as yet? sit down and talk to him that is the only way you will find out the real reason/s.

Tell him that, if he wants to be a rich man when he grows up, he has to go to school. :) There may be some underlying problem, like perhaps there is someone who is making fun of him at school, or he's having trouble with his classes? I would ask him why he doesn't want to go.

my brother Tom didnt go to school becuase of social phobia,do you know the reason why he doesnt want to go,could be bullying or he might be afraid and uncomfortable with people anyway Tom,went to secondary school for about 1 yr and in yr 8 everything went wrong,you see he has erbs pulsy in his arm and he got bullied for it which made him develop his condition social phobia,he didnt go back to school untill the end of it,he now started collage and has more friends than ever without any GCSE's

Make him go to school. Its a fact that the least educated you are the least amount of money you will make and you will work really hard for very little money.

ask the reasons why he doesnt want to go? may be he had few bad experiences or some fear or something which is stopping him from going or may be he has some intrest other than studies ask him what it is n then try to develop his intrest also which is boost him up n may be his intrest in studies will to inscrease.good luck.

it depends on the age of this son a young child would be handled different then a smaller one so its kind of hard to say
