Work out for an hour a day for atleast five days a week and eat very light. Drink water water water and water. No juice that has high fructose corn syrup, no sodas AT ALL! lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits, but don't go nuts with the fruit. I eat cereal, maybe two bowls a day, but that not really fattening cereal, buy cereal that has less than 15 "calories from fat" not calories but calories from fat. By the way, eat foods that contain less than 25 calories from fat but you want to lose this fast, so just stick with the fruits and veggies and water and exercise, and i promise you'll be fine. You won't see results after the first week or two but don't get discouraged, it's just your body getting use to the workout and new diet. I'm doing this now and it works very well for me. Goodluck girl and keep the faith!

I was reading about someone who lost over 100 pounds. She said that she set small goals. She would aim for 10 -15 pounds at a time and reward herself at the end of those mini goals with something like a new dress or a manicure (obviously a trip to the local all-you-can-eat buffet wouldn't be an appropriate reward).

Just think, you will look and feel noticeably different after 10-15 pounds...that should keep you motivated. Also, subscribe to magazines like Fitness, Self, or Shape and watch The Biggest Loser. Any source of motivation you can find...grab it!

Finally, you should accept the fact that you are going to do lots of cardio for the rest of your life. It's really quite fun once you make it a permanent routine. Start out with walking 30 minutes a day and work your way up to 60-90 minutes a day. Incorporate running, bicycling, jumping rope, stair climbing, etc. after you build up your strength. Do not start running or jumping rope (or any other high impact exercise) until you lose a significant amount of weight and become stronger. The last thing you want as a setback is an injury.

Finally, drink plenty of water, avoid sweet drinks, eat plenty of veggies and whole grains, and pamper yourself along the way. Good luck!

Drink lots and lots of ice cold water, stay away from white foods, such as bread, noodles, etc. Eat lots of veggies and fruits 6 times a day. Everyday exercise in some way. Walking, sit-ups etc. If you arent use to excerise in any form start out just 5 mins a day for a week, move up to 10 the second week etc. Diet pills dont work and fast doesnt work. Take it slow you didnt gain it in a week you wont lose it in a week. Best advice is cold cold cold water at least 64 ozs per day! Good luck

losing weight fast is not healthy nor is it better.in fact if you lose weight fast.you will gain the weight back fast plus double.i suggest you try the south beach diet.on that diet you'll lose about 1-3 pounds per week which a safe and healthy way.and don't forget to do at least 30min of aerobics 3-5 times a week.

WATER Muy Importante, 64oz is right on the money. Also, dont eat after 7pm. Eat your biggest meal for breakfast. Don't drink with your meals, you will eat less and stay full longer. Cut back on booze, LOTS of calories. Make your own soups and stews at home for the week for lunches, veggie stew is delicious and has VERY little calories. Try not to combine protein and carbs at a setting. That's all the tips I can think of at the moment.

This website helped me immensely

www.calorie-count.com

I eat 1200 to 1500 calories, small meals, five or six meals a day, LOTS OF PROTEIN AND FIBER, i eat boiled chicken breasts with seasoning, vegetables, tuna (in water or the pouch), chickpeas, beans, lots of things that are lowfat/lowcal but high fiber/high protein...I walk on the treadmill everyday...I haven't gotten over 3.5mph yet, but I make sure to burn 500 calories a day. I have lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I know it will slow down soon, but so far it is melting off. Message me if you want more info.

I lost over a 100 pounds and it took me about a year to do it. The weight will come off pretty easily for the first month or 2 which is helpful as it will keep you motivated. Once you start feeling and looking good, that will help to keep you wanting to do more.

if you want to lose weight, you will. dont expect results overnight.

if you're a goal oriented person, then set a goal weight you want to reach. let's say it's 110. just keep that number in your head at all times. 110, 110, 110! every time you're about to eat something, ask yourself, "is this going to help me get down to 110?" eat smart, exercise regularly, stay positive. you can do it!
