My girlfriend and I agreed that we did want to work toward getting married. But she says she is scared of the future and is scared to be away from her family. She says she loves me and that she wants to be my wife but we have these these issues to resolve. what can I do?

Tell your girlfriend that she has to live for TODAY.. The Future is so bright you gotta wear shades..and promise her that you'd never make her move far from her family..

if you love her let time do the work for you always be there for her . when thing get hard help hold her hand , and when something good is going be there for her. sooner or later you to will get married . as long as you to love each other you will get married some day.. good luck

how old are you two? just give it time, someday she will want to move away from her family and become her own woman... although, i think that you shouldnt get married until you are 30, i doubt you two will wait that long... you really need to know who you are before you commit to marriage.

Don't rush things. Take your time and talk to her. At least she is being honest about her insecurities. Just be there for her until she's ready.

give her some time. you have your entire life to get married, give her some time. if she isn't ready don't try to rush her. it wont help. if you love her, you can wait.
