Green tea. It protects against heart disease and strokes, and slows down aging because of its antioxidant properties. It has detoxifying agents and helps lower cholesterol. It only has one-third the caffeine.

Tea in general is better than soda (pop). I drink green tea, black tea, what ever I have in the house. There are also many ways to make it. You can get the Lipton individual packs, boil a pot of water (about 4 cups) when boiling add 4-7 tea bags (depending on how strong you like it), add one cup sugar (if you like sweet tea), I think you leave it on a slow boil for about 30 min., then pour tea in a 2 qt. pitcher, add water, and serve over ice. As for healthiest, Light Green and White tea are best.

ORGANIC green or white tea. Tea growing countries in Asia use gnarly pesticides banned from the US, and as you cant wash tea, you'll end them drinking them up unless you use organic.
