no,chicken takes longer to cook, depending on the chicken,1/2 hour to a hour.and most fish only take 5 to 10 mins. to cook depending on the fish, and because fish doesn't take nearly as long to cook ,cross contamination is your concern, besides its so much easier to freeze them in separate containers so you can take the chicken out when you need it,and vice versa.

No chicken has to be cooked to 160, fish to 140 the chicken could contaminate the fish and bacteria from the chicken would not be killed at 140

Unless you are making a dish like jambalaya in which they are both ingredients in the same sauce you will get a nasty flavor mix if you do that.
At least put them each in a plastic freezer bag if they will go into the same container so that flavors can't mix.

Yup, but when you thaw them they might get the flavor of the other, well the chicken is likely to get the flavor of the fish.

Please freeze your meats seperate ! Chicken can carry samenolla bacteria and you can spread it to your fish. Until the meats are fully frozen the bacteria is live please keep meats seperate.
To learn a bit more on freezing correctly go to this websight please http://www.alcoa.com/reynoldskitchens/en/home.asp
