I've lost 32 pounds in 69 days. That is just under 1/2 pound per day. You have 95 days until Jan. 1. You would need to lose just a little over 1/2 pound per day. It is very possible that you can.

I am using Stack Body Tune Up.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Body for Life is a well balanced program that works. You're allowed to eat 5-6 small meals daily(speeds up metabolism), and exercise 30-45 minutes six days a week to tone and firm.

You're also allowed one day a week to eat whatever you want.

It's not necessary to buy any expensive supplements, to see progress, just eat healthy, get rest, exercise, and drink plenty of water. Also, a multivitamin is a good idea.

Remember DIETS don't work!!!

p.s. When when you lose TRUE fat, and not fat along with muscle, you'll probably lose 25 lbs and look like you've lost 50.

Hands down the Cambridge Diet is the answer. Average weight loss is 5-7 lbs per week using the Fast Start variation of the diet. It's alot like the MediFast diet but half the price and can be modified to fit your budget. Very healthy too and FDA approved.

Use spray oil as an alternative to pouring. One squirt contains only 1 calorie compared to 120 calories from a tablespoon. If you use oil as part of your cooking daily, this small change could lose which you stone over the year.

Diet and Exercise. Mostly low on carbs and sugars, and exercise at least 30 minutes four to five times a week.
Add sugars when the craving gets to great, then get back on track and keep going. Don't deviate, and you will make it.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.
