i would do it.
it looks sensible and it's obviously easy to manage.
just sit him down and do it anyway if he doesn't want it.

How old is your son? and why do you want to shave his head? I don't think you should shave his head not unless there is a good reason. Did he get something in it,like gum or did he get a bad hair cut? What's the reason?!

And why do you want to shave his head just for school? Is it a military school?
He should have a say in the matter, unless this is some sort of a punishment haircut. Does he want his head shaved? Or are you just trying to save money on shampoo and haircuts? If "no" to either of these, then don't do it! Let him decide!!!

Shave his head for school?..No way!! I would advise against doing this! He'll be teased, laughed at or worse.

I would say that if you prefer to have your son hairless and wish to save him from possible ridicule, that you reach a comprise. Have you ever considered a more acceptable butch haircut for your son?

i dont know,is he thinning,if so then i guess a lot of kids are shaving their heads now days.i dont have to,because iam natural bald.

No, it is nice for them in summer time, but not for back to school unless that is how he really wants his hair.
