Ladies, what do you look for in a man?

Is it character, charisma, looks, money, job, car, humor.....

character is huge for us girls. being up front, honest, and trustworthy are very very big. i personally do not care about money but do care that a guy is responsible and holds down a steady job; don't care how much he makes though. and of course a great sense of humor, you want to be able to laugh with someone your with.

A man must be honest, open, uninhibited, educated, well-read, faithful, steady, emotionally stable, caring, and he must have a fine-feel for what his woman wants. This would necessitate a man that is not selfish or internally blind.

Secondly he should be healthy.

I care not of cars (they don't impress me)

I care not of money (I make my own thank you)

He should have a job (I am independent, so should he be)

Some humor in life is a good think.

first things first....that first impression is a lasting one, so in that sense looks are important. Now if you're meeting online, that's something totally different, then character is the first impression.

overall, I'd say, character, then security (i.e. good job/some money, doesn't have to be totally loaded), then looks do play a part

He does what he says he will, doesn't do what he says he won't, and makes me laugh. We play video games together, and are both in the music team at church.
Hes strong without being a bully, smart without being arrogant, helpful without taking over, and lets me know how attracted he is to me without being pushy.
He genuinely cares about my well-being, and is concerned when something upsets me.
When I'm sick, he gets me my heating pad, a glass of water, Advil, tissues, makes soup, rubs my feet, and reads to me.
He makes me feel admired and cared for, and we teach each other about the things we know how to do. And I know I can tell him anything, because we have an unspoken confidentiality clause on our relationship. Some things are just sacred. :-)

I look for someone who's good looking, has a nice personality, charming and has the same goals in life that I have. They want something in life. If they are not in school, have a good job.

Well the looks is what first draws us to you, but if you don't have a good personality, you're outta here. And yea, I guess money helps, but it shouldn't all be about the money.
