It's my private home computer ok? I installed it in the administrator account, and I'm trying to keep track of my little brother's keystrokes.

I think you have to enable the service to run for all users - not just Administrator.

You may have downloaded a free version of the software which works only for administrators. Pay the money for the license and you can keylog everyone else.

You probably need to install the keylogger when you are logged on as the administrator.
This should give it permission to log all keystrokes from anyone.

from my??
if u installed a keylogger on you pc then it will only record keystrokes on your pc and the user thats currently using the pc
if your trying to log other peoples keystrokes not on your PC.
THIS IS ILLGEAL, if you dont have their permission.
and is a very serious computer crime.
